Villa Malvarosa Essential Information

The following information will help you find out about some of the services offered at Villa Malvarosa.

Villa 
The villa is privately owned and is furnished to the owners’ taste, so the standards and style of villa may differ to your personal taste. We endeavor to give an accurate description of the villa with interior and exterior photographs. The villa featured operates to Spain's standards.

Kitchens 
The kitchen includes hob, fridge/freezer, basic cooking utensils, iron, ironing board, cutlery and crockery. Also the villa has additional facilities such as washing machine & microwave oven. These will be indicated in the villa description where available. Also basic cleaning materials will be there, however please make sure that these are used responsibly, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents. Keep chemicals away from children.

Maid Service 
Maid service will consist of preparation only with linen and towels. A change of linen & towels will be made if your stay is in excess of fourteen days. If you would like additional changes and or cleaning, please let us know & we will try arranging this for an additional charge. Please note that beach/pool/large towels are not supplied and these should be taken with you. We kindly ask all guests not to use the towels supplied at the villa for the beach or around the pool.

Satellite/TV
The villa has satellite television, you can expect to receive at least one free to air English language channel. Subscription channels are not available. The villa is supplied with a 21" standard television. 

Pools/Garden & General Maintenance 
Staffs that have access to the villa maintain all our properties. Gardens have to be maintained on a regular basis and it is simply not possible for this to be carried out on ‘change-over’ days. With regard to pool maintenance, pools are normally checked and cleaned twice a week and this is normally carried out very early in the morning to avoid disruption to our clients. However, neither pool nor garden personnel have fixed hours, so it is not possible for us to advise you of the exact date or time of their visit. We ask for your cooperation when our staff’s visit, as it is imperative to keep the properties well maintained for our clients’ enjoyment throughout the year.

Also please note the pool is not heated, however it will have shower facilities.

Villa Services 
Water and electricity consumption are included within the villa rental cost. Unfortunately it is the case that the villa can suffer from electricity shortages and supplies can be cut off with no notice for varying periods of time. We ask for your patience and co-operation in such instances, as you will appreciate these situations are out of our control. 

Infants/Cots/Highchairs/Buggy
If you require a cot, highchair or Child's buggy, please request it at the time of booking in order that we can ensure it is at the villa on your arrival. A supplementary charge will be added to your invoice. Cots are provided locally and will differ from those you may use at home, and sometimes a travel cot will be supplied. Please note that for hygiene reasons they are supplied without cot linen, which you should take with you. 

Occupying/Vacating Your Property 
Our villa can be occupied from 16:00 hours onwards on the day of arrival. In order that our properties are adequately prepared for new arrivals, we must ask you to vacate the villa by 10:00 hours on the day of your departure. We highly recommend that those visitors arriving at night take a torch.

Assistance in Resort 
You have chosen a private villa holiday and we intend to respect your privacy. However, should you require assistance in any way; someone would be close at hand. We have a local management company who supplies us with their services to make your holiday as relaxing & stress free as possible.

Personal Health & Safety 
We take the safety of our customers very seriously. Unfortunately crimes against people and property are a fact of life throughout the world and you have the same responsibility for your personal safety as you do at home. In the event that you should lose any items of value while on holiday through theft or otherwise, you must report the facts immediately to the local police or other competent authority and obtain a written report.

Children’s Safety 
As we know, children are naturally curious, especially when on holiday where there are lots of areas and things to be explored. Please ensure that children are not left unsupervised at any time during your holiday and be extra careful with the swimming pools & advise keep the front gate locked. The Villa area is totally secure.

Disabled Travelers 
HPH Villa Holidays is not a specialist provider of holidays for the disabled. The villa is not equipped to cater for the needs of disabled guests and may cause problems for wheelchair users. It is therefore most important that you inform us of any special need when enquiring about a holiday. By informing us, you help us to ensure that you have the relevant facilities if possible. The upstairs bedroom is not suitable for the elderly or infirm.

Website/Brochure 
We make every effort to ensure that the information and photography contained on this website and in our brochure is accurate. However, many individuals are responsible for the provision of your holiday arrangements and they may alter or temporarily withdraw some of the advertised facilities or services without prior notice to us. 

Travel Documentation 
On making a reservation with us a confirmation invoice will be sent out within seven days and your full travel documentation, which includes booking conditions and villa information. Please take these with you, plus your ID to show the resort management to prove who you are.

Early/Late Season Holidays 
We would like to advise our customers that certain resorts might have limited facilities available in February, March, April, November and December.

Frequently Asked Questions About Booking

1. Do I have to pay now? - No. You are only required to enter the details of your party at this stage -NO payment is required until you receive a confirmation that your booking request has been accepted. You will receive an email with instructions on how to login to pay for your booking online by debit/credit card once your booking has been accepted.

2. Can I ask a question and reserve my dates at the same time? - Yes. You can ask questions us anything you’d like when you fill out the booking request form.

3. Am I committed in any way? - No. You can change your mind anytime NO penalty because your booking contract does not begin until you pay the deposit.

4. Who am I booking with? You are booking directly with the owner, but all payments are handled by RentalSystems.com Ltd a subsidiary of Teletext Holidays and Daily Mail.

5. Are there any other charges? There is a Rental Systems Booking Charge of 12 euro. Also a refundable damage deposit is required of £220 or you can opt for a non refundable damage waver of 30 euro. Hi Chairs & buggys are free, but you need to let us know, you can do this through your booking.

6. How do I confirm my booking?. In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 25% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 56 days of departure) must be paid at the time of booking.

7. When will the balance be due? The balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us not less than 56 days prior to departure (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). This date will be shown on the confirmation invoice.

8. How does the damage deposit work? You either pay a security deposit of £220.00  56 days before the start of your stay (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). Alternatively if offered, you may pay the non returnable breakage waiver offered by RentalSystems.com Ltd. The latter covers you for any breakage claim up to the security deposit amount. It does not cover you for any surcharges or expenses incurred during your stay. RentalSystems.com operates a rule base which means it does not always offer the waiver and in those circumstances you have no alternative but to pay the security deposit in full

9. If I book, are the dates guaranteed? We have guaranteed availability on this calendar and you are normally accepted immediately except under exceptional circumstances where a manual acceptance will be done (same sex parties, under a certain age etc.)
