How
can I pay and when will my balance be due?
By
credit card / debit card, cheque or cash, the holiday cannot be booked until the cheque arrives. The
balance is due 56 days prior to departure. You can pay either pounds sterling,
or Euros (however a small charge may be levied)
I
have satellite TV in the villa what channels does that include?
Limited English speaking channels are available – please do not expect the usual satellite channels you receive at home. If you have a Sky card take that with you if you wish, but again some channels are not available like the premium ones. Is
linen and towels provided in the villa? All
bedroom and bathroom linen is provided. You will need to take your own beach
towels & Any large Shower towels to use around the pool.
Only hand towels are provided. Is
there maid service? Yes -.
The maid will get your villa ready for your arrival, then clean when you leave. If you require more, please
ask, this maybe at additional cost. Are
transfers provided? We
can arrange transfers. Please ask when making your booking.
However this is a chargeable extra. We also strongly advise that you organise
transport as the villa is in a rural area. Can
we go into villa before 4'o clock on arrival?
The
official time for entry to your villa is 4 o clock. If you arrive before 4 you
are welcome to use the outside facilities, if the previous guests have vacated. e.g. pool and
sun beds, but you will not be
able to get into the villa until it has been cleaned. What
is in a welcome pack? Basic essentials that usually include items you’ll need after your journey to the resort, such as milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bottled water, bread, butter, wine, 6 pack of beer etc. Don’t rely on the pack to feed you for days – it is only basic essentials to last you until the local shop opens! For your convenience we would recommend a welcome pack if you are arriving late in the evening or very early morning. If arriving on Sundays or Bank holidays, we would also recommend this pack due to local shops will be closed. Also if you arrive early and plan to eat out, it is traditional that most Spanish restaurants in the area do not serve meals before 9pm. However 'Tapas Bars' will be able to serve snacks. Can
we stay in the villa later than the confirmed vacating time of 10am? This
is not possible, as the villa will need to be cleaned and prepared for the next
guest. Where
do I pick up my villa keys? You will be met at 'a very easy to find' place when you arrive. Details regarding your key collection will be sent to you with your travel documents before departure. Collection points will vary depending on the management company. However you can choose to be picked up at Jerez airport. What
are the passport and driving license requirements abroad?
All passengers must carry a valid 10-year passport with at least 6 months left before the expiry date. Standard UK driving licenses are fine. Certain
passengers who do not carry a UK passport may require visas. Please refer to the
passport office for correct information. Is
there an iron and ironing board at the villa?

Is there heating for winter use? Yes there are oil radiators in every room What
