Malvarosa
Villa Malvarosa is a modernised
property in a superb location in the centre of a small hamlet which is
surrounded by protected Pine Trees. It is not overlooked and has around the
garden a 2 meter brick wall that is totally secure to give privacy.
On two level's with a 170 sq mtr floor space. You walk through the main covered
terrace entrance into the hall, on the left you will find two bedrooms, which
comprises of one master double bedroom with en-suite facilities including a
shower. One twin bedroom fully furnished. Both bedrooms consist of large brass
ceiling lights with three speed fans.
On the right as you walk into the property
you will find the main bathroom with shower. An open plan modern kitchen, dining
area & living area. In the main open plan area there is U shaped wooden
staircase leading to a very large bedroom with 4 single beds with en-suite toilet.
The kitchen area comprises
fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave
etc, including a small breakfast bar for up to three people with all round
granite worktop.
All the main living rooms
have an oil radiator to make this a year round destination, however you will
find it rare that you will need to switch these on.
The backdoor leads out to the rear of the property which
captures the early morning sunshine, which is ideal to sit out and enjoy your
breakfast. A clothes airier is provided.
The lounge / dining area
comprises a dining table which will extend to sit up to 8 people. The main
living area has two large leather suites, 6ft and 5ft facing out into the garden
& pool with satellite TV / DVD (Please bring your own DVD's ~ Basic free to
view English channels available on Satellite ~ if you have your own Sky card
bring that with you to give more choice ~ however the main premier channels do
not work) in the corner. You will find the two large brass
ceiling lights which have three speed fans to keep you cool.
The garden at the front of
the property enjoys the sun all day, and within the 1000 sq metre garden,
you will find a large private pool with garden furniture. The pool measures 10m
x 5m in a kidney shape. At its deepest it is approximately 2m and at its shallow
end it is approximately 1m. The shallow end has steps going down across the full
width. There is also an outside shower. If you want to get out
of the sun, a covered terrace adjoins the front of the villa. You will find
lighting surrounding the Villa, so you can continue to enjoy the late evening
outside, even after sunlight.
The garden has a
2mtr wall all around the garden to give you privacy. From the private
drive to the Villa you will find a sliding lockable gate. There is also an
area for outdoor eating and dining al
fresco. A large Spanish Style table & chairs with large outdoor Bar B
Q area. There is a paved area between the pool & the house
where you can put your sun lounges.
